I Did It!!!
CR and I successfully ran the Half-Marathon! My Time was 2:27:21! I am happy that I did not even stop once. I am sore, but it was worth it. I cannot wait until my next one.Labels: Half Marathon, Tampa

Push IT!
I have been on a running program that CR set up for me. This program has the goal of completing a 10K race on February 3rd. The program does have some flexibility, so I decided to do my mid-week long run today with CWH. Well as she explains in her post “I'm so sore” we did a bit more then the 3.5 that I was planning. She will be sore tomorrow and so will I. I hope that I can find a way to be comfortable on the plane to NY tomorrow!
