I am Back!!

Friday was my graduation from Basic Combat Training! It was a long 10 weeks but I did it. I am a stronger person because of it. I also can now fit into a size 10 jean!! That was exciting.

I was blessed with the presence of my family and friends at my graduation. CR is back from Japan and he is now stationed at Ft. Gordon, GA. He came up for family day. He picked me up from Hilton Field and cooked me a wonderful first non-military meal. My family arrived later in the day and I spent time with my Grandfather, Mother, and Sister Alicia. After that I had to report back to my company for Accountability formation.

Graduation took place inside due to possible wet weather. I did not really care since the graduation that really matters will take place in August. It was a small affair. I hope to get pictures of it soon.

Right now I have just arrived at Ft. Benning where I will go through OCS. I have reported to Alpha Company; however I do not know what my new address will be. I will let everyone know when I get it!
